Lo que empezó como una necesidad interna se convirtió en una propuesta clara: tecnología construida desde el problema, no desde la herramienta. Hoy trabajamos como parte del equipo de nuestros clientes para adaptar la tecnología al ritmo real del negocio.
2022 · Origen: Primeras herramientas internas para resolver nuestros propios cuellos de botella operativos.
2023 · Primeros clientes: Lo que funcionó internamente empezó a funcionar para otros. Primeros proyectos con empresas reales.
2024 · Enterprise: Proyectos con organizaciones de más de 500 empleados. ASISA, People Excellence, Instituto de Auditores Internos.
2025 · Escala: Equipo consolidado, metodología validada y foco en mid-market y enterprise.

We started in 2022 by creating tools to solve operational challenges within our own work environment. We weren't developers, but we had a thorough understanding of the processes that needed improvement.

Yellow Glasses is made up of a team with experience in design, digital strategy, automation, web development, and product development. We work as a network, complementing each other according to each project and bringing together the necessary profiles for each phase. Our structure is flexible by definition, allowing us to adapt to the pace, scale, and complexity of each client.
