High-level training, with an operational process that required agility
People Excellence is a consulting firm specialising in human resources that works primarily with IBEX 35 companies. A key part of its value proposition is executive training, accompanied by digital resources tailored to each client.
Until recently, these materials were delivered in the form of websites designed one by one by an external agency. The process was slow (2 to 3 weeks per site), costly, and difficult to scale without increasing time and budget.
An internal tool for generating customised sites in hours, not weeks
We designed an internal administration interface that allows training websites to be created and customised from a centralised environment. People Excellence teams can now modify texts, logos, backgrounds and images, as well as assign specific educational resources (videos, documents, instructions) for each client.
The entire workflow was automated using NoCode tools, which radically reduced both production times and operating costs.
Greater autonomy, greater speed, lower costs
The change in model meant a transformation in the way the team works and delivers value to its customers. What used to be manual production is now an editable and scalable experience.
